Job Description:

1. Requirement Gathering:
   • Conduct meetings to gather requirements and meticulously document them.
2. Solution Design:
   • Analyze business requirements, assess impact, and propose effective solution designs.
3. Documentation:
   • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents and secure sign-off from business stakeholders.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the development team to ensure that the developed solution aligns with functional requirements.
5. Project Monitoring:
   • Monitor project/enhancement progress, track activities, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
6. Testing and User Acceptance:
   • Conduct Functional Testing, UAT, and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders.
7. Knowledge Transfer:
   • Write user manuals and conduct training sessions for users.
8. Support:
   • Provide Level 1/2 user support to ensure smooth operations.
9. Versatility:
   • Undertake any other works/projects assigned by the supervisor, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
